Michael Bulgarelli is the founder and president of CoStaff Services, LLC, in Southfield, Michigan. Since 2000, Michael Bulgarelli has managed growth and business strategy at the company, guiding the business from a small Michigan startup to an employee management services provider working with hundreds of companies managing thousands of employees.
Under the direction of Michael Bulgarelli, CoStaff Services, LLC provides companies with various human resources services, such as optimizing an organization’s HR budget. The company also assists with numerous employee-focused services, such as developing a comprehensive and competitive employee benefits plan that includes 401k options and medical coverage.
Mr. Bulgarelli studied business at Michigan State University in East Lansing. He is a member of community organizations such as the Detroit Athletic Club and the Oakland Hills Country Club, as well as professional groups, including the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations and the Society for Human Resource Management. When he is not managing activities at CoStaff Services, he enjoys staying physically active through golf and bowling.
